We check everything before shipping out, in case of any exceptions please take a photo and video with your mobile phone and send to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We love all our customers and we will do as much as possible. Items like insoles are non-returnable.

Good fitting is key to enjoying Hope Rosa creations. This is a one-time exercise. Once it's done and you've shared your measurements and preferences with us, we will help you with the matchmaking from there on!! The paper below is just for your reference. We can: 1.
