Damages and issues
We check everything before shipping out, in case of any exceptions please take a photo and video with your mobile phone and send to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We love all our customers and we will do as much as possible. Items like insoles are non-returnable.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will refund you immediately upon receipt of the returns. The refund amount will be credited to the customer's source account within 15 working days.
